The expertly curated wine pairings served throughout the courses reflect the varietals and regions being offered at the auction. Designed as immersive collector experiences, these ticketed, sit‑down dinners have become sell-out events.

The menu for this dinner features a lavish, French‑inspired shared feast. Moving from pristine seafood to slow‑roasted lamb and chicken with classic accompaniments, it then concludes with an indulgent Valrhona chocolate dessert. Each course is impeccably matched with fine wines, finishing with an elegant glass of ratafia.

Webb’s Fine Wines & Whiskies live auctions present an exceptionally rare and refined selection of the world’s most esteemed wines and spirits. Bidding takes place in-person, over the phone, and online. Entries are currently being invited into this auction, so do get in touch if you are considering bringing a special bottle, or entire cellar, to sell with us at auction.
